A kitchen remodel is a complex puzzle. Here is why Barcelo Construction is the top choice for Seattle residents:
We don't just focus on "pretty" kitchens. We focus on the "Work Triangle" the relationship between your sink, stove, and refrigerator to ensure your kitchen is as efficient as it is beautiful.
In our humid Seattle climate, we take extra care with moisture barriers and high-quality sub-flooring to prevent mold and water damage behind your new cabinets.
We know that being without a kitchen is hard. We provide a clear, day-by-day schedule so you know exactly when the countertops will be delivered and when the final plumbing hookups will happen.
Depending on the materials and structural changes, high-end projects typically range from $75k to $150k+. We provide fixed-price quotes to ensure budget security.
